I completed my B.A. in Psychology and Human Development from Duke University and my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. I have trained at Bellevue Hospital and Mt. Sinai Hospital.

My postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia University’s Counseling and Psychological Services included specializations in adolescence, early adulthood, and eating disorders. I have completed the Relational Psychotherapy Program at the Steven Mitchell Center and Parent Management Training at the Yale Parenting Center.
