I am a clinical psychologist with a private practice in New York City. I help people sort through challenges, gain deeper self-understanding, and make real, meaningful changes in their lives. I’ve been trained in variety of theories and approaches, which allows me to tailor treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs.

I am experienced in working with people dealing with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Eating disorders and body image concerns
  • Infertility, loss, pregnancy struggles
  • Relationship and intimacy problems
  • Challenges of adolescence and early adulthood

I also offer parent coaching and consultation. Drawing from my training in early childhood development and Parent Management Training (PMT), I provide education, support, and practical guidance for approaching the challenges of parenthood. Consultation topics might include separation difficulties, toilet training, discipline strategies, or preparing for a new sibling. Additionally, I run groups for new parents through Seedlings Group.

Outside of my private practice, I act as the clinical research specialist to the Global Foundation for Eating Disorders, a non-profit organization that funds, supports, and disseminates research on eating disorders.
