I am a clinical psychologist with a private practice in New York City. I seek to help people sort through the challenges they are facing, gain deeper self-understanding, and make real, meaningful changes in their lives. My training in and appreciation for a variety of theories and approaches allow me to tailor treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs.

I am experienced in working with people dealing with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Eating disorders and body image concerns
  • Challenges of adolescence and early adulthood
  • Intimacy and sexual problems
  • Transition to parenthood

Outside of my private practice, I act as the clinical research specialist to the Global Foundation for Eating Disorders, a non-profit organization that funds, supports, and disseminates the most up-to-date research on eating disorders. I also have specialty training in early childhood development and facilitate groups for new moms through Seedlings Group.
